Future Revisions

We care about our user experience and have undertaken the following study to better understand our user needs.

We used Our Prototype page to prompt user feedback from a handful of individuals. It is difficult right now to travel due to Covid 19, but all of the group members of Elevator interviewed individuals and took in their critiques. Each member of the Elevator interviewed a couple of people in a safe, local location.

We prompted a series of five questions to our users:

Based on the interviews conducted, a very similar theme was brought to our attention. The feature most people said they would use the most seemed to be the assignments feature. Also, the consensus of the application was that it would be very useful for incoming college students who need to manage their time. Lastly, everyone we interviewed said they would recommend our product to other students.
