Scenario
Joe is a student at the University of Cincinnati. He has noticed that it’s been difficult for him to stay on track with upcoming assignments. Right now we are living through a global pandemic, which isn’t something that is regularly heard of. This pandemic has caused major interference with in person education around the country. With online learning, students are more susceptible to missing assignments and turning in their work late. It is also much easier for students to fall behind without in person instruction. Remote Organized helps students manage their online course schedule by sending out notifications about assignment due dates and upcoming exams.
Screen 1: Home Page
This is the homepage for both the mobile and PC version of the app. You can access multiple pages from this.
Screen 2: Meetings page
This is the Meetings page, In this page, the user can see and be notified of the meetings the user has.

This is the Project and upcoming assignments page for both versions of the app. In the page users can view multiple deadlines for various assignments.
Our Prototype
One thing that is a big change for students transitioning from high school to college is learning how to manage their time. Most students have cell phones and are on them very often. We aim to help these new students by making an app that will connect the students to their technology by helping them manage their schedule. The app will use Canvas to put assignments into a schedule that they can check whenever. This app will also boost students' productivity by reducing the chance for procrastination.

This type of time management app is important because learning virtually is a new concept for most students hence making procrastination easy and leading students to failure, we want to prevent that. It is going to make students more responsible and manage their time accordingly to their virtual tasks i.e. homeworks, lessons, lectures and so on.

your name and edit different aspects of your profile.

This is the calendar page. On the page, you can see upcoming assignments as well as suggested due dates.

This is the Settings page. On the Settings page, the user can update different things as shown in the figure i.e. the Notification preference.
